Canadian orders processed Online are shipped by International First Class Mail which does not provide tracking.  If you chose this shipping option Color Your Flag is not responsible for lost packages.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Color Your Flag accepts international orders.  To place an international order please contact Customer Service by E-mail at info@coloryourflag.com or by telephone at  954-753-8215.    


    Canadian orders may be processed online however shipping through online purchase is by International First Class Mail which does not offer tracking.  To receive shipping quotes for services that offer tracking please send an email to info@coloryourflag.com.


    International orders are invoiced and paid through PayPal Invoicing.  Placing an order and making payments requires a valid email account.  You will receive an invoice by email with the details of your order and the applicable shipping charges.  When you receive your invoice you will be able to pay securely on the PayPal website.

    International orders are subject to higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Color Your Flag wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unused merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip.  Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. A credit will be issued upon receipt to the original credit card for the item(s) amount - please allow up to two billing cycles for your statement to reflect the credit.

    EXCHANGES: Due to availability concerns, we are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. If you require a different item/color/size, return the item and visit our site to place a new order.

    SHIPPING: PACKAGES MUST BE RETURNED PRE-PAID: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. DELIVERIES. We recommend that you return items via UPS- INSURED, or PARCEL POST- INSURED. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.
